NESBITT NAMED NATIONAL SALES MANAGER OF ELMO USA PLAINVIEW, NY, May 19, 2006 - John B. Nesbitt has been appointed as national sales manager/Electronic Imaging Division of ELMO USA.Corp. In making the announcement, Howard Winch, EVP/national sales stated that the addition of Mr. Nesbitt to the ELMO sales team represented an important step in enhancing ELMO's leadership position in document cameras and other presentation products. For the past eight years, Mr. Nesbitt has held top sales posts at Samsung Opto-Electronics, manufacturer of analog and digital document cameras. First, he served as national sales manager and, most recently, as VP sales of this international organization. Mr. Nesbitt brings to ELMO extensive experience in a variety of markets from his service at leading corporations such as Polaroid (computerized identification badges); Eastman Kodak (health science products); G. D. Searle (pharmaceuticals) and D & K Laminex (computerized security products). In his new position, he will be responsible for directing, training and supporting ELMO's regional managers and sales coordinators as well as its nationwide network of sales reps. Mr. Nesbitt will also oversee ELMO's network of resellers/dealers as well as manage the company's exhibits at major trade shows - InfoComm, NECC, NSCA and FETC. |

Mr. DeLiso will be responsible for sales to the security and ITV markets and direct the company's independent sales representatives. In making the announcement, Howard Winch, EVP/national sales manager stated: " Mr. DeLiso's IP technology experience will complement ELMO's stepped up IP products program. Prior to joining ELMO, he served as Eastern sales manager of Mavix USA, an IP video surveillance system manufacturer. Mr. DeLiso has held senior sales and marketing positions with leading companies in the security and communication fields, where he was responsible for developing and training company rep networks, solidifying relationships with security systems integrators and VARs. He developed an aggressive, multi-channel business plan for a wireless security system organization, MadahCom Inc. For 4 years, he served as marketing director for Bogen Communications Inc., where he organized and strengthened product management and marketing processes for this established commercial audio manufacturer's entry into new markets. Mr. DeLiso also held divisional marketing and sales management positions at Sharp Electronics. As the founder of Harbinger Audio, a company that designed and engineered advanced professional sound systems, he was responsible for all aspects of sales, operations and manufacturing. | ELMO USA CORP. is pleased to announce the appointment of Symco, Inc. of Stirling, NJ, as the authorized ELMO sales rep organization for the Mid Atlantic Territory. They will be responsible for the sales of ELMO Electronic Imaging products (not including OHP products) in NYC, Long Island, NJ, Eastern PA, MD, DE, DC, VA & WV. Symco has a staff of ten individuals, seven of which are covering the outside sales within their territory. Symco joins ELMO with a wealth of in-depth experience in Presentation Technology and specifically Document Cameras. Their client list is quite impressive and we anticipate a significant sales growth curve in their territory. Symco will report to Scott Russak, Eastern Regional Sales Manager for ELMO USA Corp.
